How My Weekend Went...
It was hectic to say the least.
So prom was a lot of fun! I was having a good time, dancing with my friends and what not. And they had the most amazing food there too! Freshly cut roast beef that was like steaming and literally saying, "Liz, come and get some!" so I did get some and it was amazing. And then they had, for dessert, this cheesecake concoction that wasn't cheesecake but like peanut butter, butterscotch, and caramel with the consistency of cheesecake. It was so delicious. After that, I grabbed my friends from the table and we all danced a whole lot. I was miffed that they didn't play more techno and stuff, but what can you do when hip-hop is the current genre in demand? We left back on the party bus, which I forgot to mention at the beginning but I'm too lazy to put it on there, and we rode back to the drop-off spots, and then went back to my friend Tyler's house and hung out. Though I didn't sleep at all. Just talked with my friends a whole bunch.
So I left my homeboy's house at around 6:30 am and then went back to mine. My friend and I showered and just took quite a long nap from 7 am to 2 pm so we could get ready for Relay for Life in the Weston Regional Park. We got there at around 4 pm and then, quite literally, spent the entire day there. We did not sleep at all. No sleep for us. You're not supposed to anyway. It's a thing for cancer so we walk the track and then you stay awake to, I don't know...do stuff... They played Harry Potter at 12 am and we watched that. So the three of us were wandering around, one of my friend's boyfriends tagging along, and we just meandered for a while, half awake, looking like zombies. We finally situated ourselves down at the camp and just spoke for 6 hours until it hit 6 am so we could get ready for the Fine Arts Festival.
Oh, forgot to mention, but this strange kid, who will remain nameless for his sake... I was combing my hair, brushing out all the knots from the morning once I got at Relay and was like "Damn, my brush is like nasty. It needs cleaning." So I started pulling out the hair on it. I then had a nice big wad of it and was like, "______, can you throw it away for me, please?" So he takes it and is like, "Okay." He then proceeds to put it in his pocket and strokes it, saying, "It's so soft..." I was sitting there like, "_______, what the hell are you doing?!" He then laughed and started pulling some hair out. "I'm gonna put it in the Fanta over there that someone's drinking." So he does and then he goes to the vending machine and puts some of it in the coin dispenser so that when someone gets their change, they'll find my hair. And then he dropped it in the toilet in the bathroom. It was a weird day.
After Relay for Life, which was littered with old people might I add, we went to the Fine Arts Festival. Mind you, I had not slept since 2 pm the previous day. So I was walking around like a zombie and then slightly acting drunk/high because I was so tired! My speech was messed up, it sounded like I was drunk. I kept having to close my eyes and think about what I wanted to say because what I would say on the spot wouldn't make much sense. And I was talking so slowly! I sounded retarded as hell. I had to be there at 9:30 am so I could get ready for my trumpet trio. And then I finished at 3 pm, the whole Fine Arts Festival. I had Marching Band at 1:30, Jazz Band at 1:45, and then Wind Ensemble at 3 pm. SO...I was like a drunken/high freak who was struggling to stay awake the whole time. I did raise about $200 in donations by acting like a nutter and they felt sorry for my and put money in our donation bucket for the band! Not to mention we sold quite a bit of ice cream and Italian ice so we'll have some nice cash for new music/new instruments. Depends on how expensive the music/instrument is.
Then my dad went out yesterday and got himself a motorcycle, a Harley so he can go cruising with it with my mom. I didn't get a chance to see it, but I'm sure it's nice.
Went out to eat at Outbacks yesterday and as soon as I got home, since I was struggling to stay awake, I passed out on my bed at 9 pm. And now I'm awake typing this!
Yes, I was like a freak yesterday. I was like, "Ty, I've been awake for over 24 hours. I understood nothing of you play besides that you were Knowledge and looked like a hobo." He was like, "It's okay, Liz. No problem."

Today I'm gonna relax, though, hopefully iconize some Twilight videos and have them up next week. And I have to finish iconizing the new Bleach epi 166 (which was off the chain!) and I'll be good.
And here's the video because
